This session affirmed the work that I have been doing with the children as well as giving me some answers to some challenges. The small discussion group was offering some great advice about student engagement and focus on vocabulary.
Discussion about the use of picture books was a great reminder about the rich vocabulary used in some picture books I have loved to use in the classroom.
It was also terrific to get a refresher about Reciprocal Teaching.
