Session 4

As always it is great to catch up with the other R3 teachers and know that we all have similar concerns about our students. It was great to watch Jen's lesson as it showed me what can be done but also affirmed me that alot of what I am doing is right for my R3's. It is so important to work on the vocab that they come across each session. I know this is important but at the same time it takes up so much time each session. Thank you

It was great share with everyone the enthusiasm which is coming from both students and teachers regarding R3. Today I was told R3 is AWESOME!!! It was encouraging to listen to the Tips from others and to share my successes and challenges. My experiences from R3 have been encouraging and its been great to see the growth in my students reading ability and love of reading. After today I am going to try to encourage them to take a greater role in Reciprocal Teaching and become the teachers!!!
