I'm always blown away by the power of a group of passionate educators coming together to share and learn from each other.
The openness to sharing our challenges and having confidence that the wisdom of the group will help us find a way forward, reinforces my belief that our teacher networking is critical. I do wonder how can we enable this level of collegiality for every classroom teacher.
Today's reworking of the rubric to better clarify and define what we mean has helped us focus and come to a clearer picture of what we are looking for with our students. I'm excited by the idea of some cross validation of data, and especially by the collegial visits that will be happening in the coming weeks.
